Install third-party applications
  • Install Google Chrome Browser and set as default
  • Install the Video conferencing clients needed for the "Meet Now" feature:
    • Zoom
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Cisco Webex
    • Google Meet
  • Configure the Video conferencing clients as follows:
    • Sign-in with a valid account
    • Enable silent auto-start (in background)
    • Check the default microphone, speaker and camera settings
    • Make a first test of all video conferencing clients (eg Meet Now functionality) and disable unnecessary notifications (eg select the "Do not show again" flags)
